Welcome to the Community of the Risen Christ. We are a group of people based in Glasgow, Scotland, from all walks of life, both young and old, seeking to live out our Christian life together. Message from the Senior Co-ordinator

Hello, my name is John Jackson.

I am the Senior Co-ordinator of the Community of the Risen Christ. I would like to welcome you to our web pages. Please follow this link to find out more about what we do as a community.

We have sister communities throughout the world. Together we have been called to be:

• Ecumenical - we come from Protestant, Orthodox and Catholic backgrounds.

• Trans-generational - children, parents and grand-parents, married and singles together form our community way of life.

• Evangelistic - we are called

to personal conversion to Christ and to proclaim the gospel through our words and the witness of our lives.

• A leaven - within the circumstances in which we find ourselves we witness to the love of God and His power to transform society.

• Stand for the truth - in an increasingly secular environment we stand for Christian values and Christian truth.

Please pray with us and for us that Gods love may better known and that we may remain faithful to the life He has called us to.
